| Abstract: | The load carrying capacity for shell with the different outside diameters and wall thickness is calculated in the frame of nonlinear FE. The varying laws of the stability of shell structure with bar cross section change are depicted. Some suggestions for how to choose suitable bar cross section for the different structure are put forward. |
