矿块崩落法开采丰山铜矿难采矿体的实践

摘    要:丰山铜矿南缘矿带11#勘探线以东矿体、矿岩特别风化破碎,原采用无底柱分段崩落法开采,零米中段以上矿石回采率仅10%~20%,-10m和-20m分段回采前采准切割巷道严重垮塌,矿石回收率几乎为零。采用长沙矿山研究院试验研究的矿块崩落法开采,使濒临报损的矿产资源得到回收,取得了满意的效果。

Abstract:The ore body is to the east of the eleventh exploration for in the south edge ore zone of Fengshan Copper, the ore and the country rocks are very flagile. So the caving method without bottom pillar isn't be used. The ore recovery is about 20% on zero meter,but it is nearly aero in-10m and-20m level. After the caving block method was used, the mineral resource had been recovered. So the result is encouraging and satisfactory.
