| Abstract: | The paper reviews the system engineering formed during the development of China's space activities in the past 50 years and the principle,structure and method of its scientific management.It states that top-level design,overall planning and centralized administration are the essential manifestation of system engineering of China's space activities,and also are the important feature of scientific management of space activities and the fundamental guarantee for the sustained and healthy development of China's space activities. |
