| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了焦化厂焦炉新型清扫刮板机自控系统的控制方法。通过Profibus-DP现场总线实现PLC与行走、卷取变频器及编码器之间的数据通信,通过带Profibus-DP接口的绝对型编码器实现对小车位移的精确控制,通过设置工作站实现对生产状况的监控。详细说明了系统的设计思路及方法。

| Abstract: | This paper presents the control method for novel scraper cleaner automatic system of coking furnace in the coking factory. The data communication between PLC and walking converter, coiling converter, as well asthe coder is realized by Profibus-DP. Accurate control of the trolley is implemented by absolute encoder with Profibus-DP interface. The monitor of the production status is realized by setting working station. What is more, the design ideas and methods are proposed in details. |
