摘    要:分析了电渣重熔2Cr18Ni11Ti过程中[Ti]的烧损机理与影响[Ti]烧损的因素,提出了根据自耗电极[Ti]含量灵活制定相应的电渣重熔工艺。

Abstract:In this article, mechanism of bum- up content of titanium during electro-slag remelting in steel 2Cr18Ni11Ti and factors which influence bum-up content of titanium were analyzed. Thus,a flexible electro - slag remelting correspond to the content of titanium in consumable electrode were proposed.
