空冷风机桥动力计算

摘    要:火力发电厂机械通风空冷凝汽器风机桥动力计算时的关键是确定风机桥所受扰力。通过对风机运行时转动轴的应变进行测试,得到了风机转轴的应变曲线。根据实测应变曲线,分析总结了风机桥的扰力特性,提出了风机桥扰力计算方法,可为国内空冷自主化设计提供参考。

Abstract:The key for dynamic calculation of fan bridge of direct air-cooling system of coal-fired power plants is to determine the oscillation force of fan bridge. Based on measurement of the strain of fan shaft during fan operation, the strain curves of the fan shaft are obtained. According to the measured strain curves, the oscillation force characteristics of the fan bridge is analyzed and the calculation method of oscillation force is proposed, which can be used as a reference for . self-design of direct air-cooling system in China.
