新型有机光电功能薄膜的电致发光研究

摘    要:给出了一种新型的有机发光二极管(OLED),发光层选用新型的具有光电效应、热稳定性好、有良好电子传输能力的小分子材料:艹北酸四甲酯TMEP。比较了双层器件ITO/NPB/TMEP/Al和单层器件ITO/TMEP/Al的性能。双层器件的最低阈值电压为5V,器件发射红光,峰值为600nm。

Abstract:We demonstrate low threshold, red organic light emitting diodes(OLED) employing perylenetetracarboxylates(TMEP). TMEP is a novel solar cells materials, it has the well electron transfer ability and high temperature resistance. We compare the double layers OLED and the single layer OLED. The optimistic structure of double layers exhibits as low as 5V threshold voltage, the electroluminescent maximum emission is 600nm.
