超声弹性模量测量中声时测量精度的提高方法

摘    要:超声脉冲回波法是一种高精度的弹性模量声速测量法。实验测定由声耦合界面引起声时测量相对误差达0. 3%,延时相对误差在0. 2%左右。为减小声时测量误差,提高超声脉冲回波法弹性模量的测量精度,采用了台阶轴试样,避免了由声耦合界面引起的声时测量相对误差;利用试样后端面的二次回波,变相的改变声程,消除了由各种延时引起的声时测量误差。

Abstract:The ultrasonic pulse reflecting method is applied to survey the dynamic elastic moduli.To get elastic moduli with high accuracy,decreasing the wave transit time errors is basilic.The transit time error arisen by the wave coupling interface is 0.3%.The time delays are 0.2% totally.A step pole is introduced to reduce the transit time error arisen by the wave coupling interface.All kinds of time delays can be avoided using the second reflected pulse formd from the back face of the sample,so all transit time errors can be removed completely.
