Flourishing the creation of house and exploring direction of future design--new conception of housing design in the 21th century

In this paper, the current situation of residential design is introduced and discussed from residential creation and how to enhance the design quality to satisfied the residents' material and spirit need. Only based on human the residential design can build a comfortable space to meet modern human live. The paper proposes that the residential design should combine with modern technology and social multiplicate needs in order to produce the new concept of residential design in new century.
