摘    要:考察含不同润滑剂的配方以及工艺参数对PVC配混料的转矩流变曲线的影响,结果表明,PVC-U扭矩流变曲线的熔化峰是物料流变性能的特性峰。平衡扭矩的成因是物料剪切热导致的温升使物料扭矩下降;平衡扭矩对应的熔体温度与熔化峰处的熔体温度之差值,可作为物料剪切热的衡量。

Abstract:The effects of formulas cotained lubricants formulas and processing conditions on torque rheometer curves of PVC compounds were studied, the results showed that fusion peak of torque curve always identified the peak of PVC compounds' rheological characteristics. Due to effect of spontaneous self-heating, the torque decreases in the run of the plastogram will finally drive the torque reach to the equilibrium state. The spontaneous self-heating could be evaluated by the differences between melt temperature at equihbrium state of torque and melt temperature at fusion torque
