Abstract:By using π equivalent-circuit model of the embedded inductor,the prototype circuit of lumped-element Wilkinson divider was simplified,and a compact LTCC circuit for 3-way power splitter was presented.3D LTCC model of the circuit was established and simulated,and the optimized result of the model was realized,resulting in a 3-way power splitter with a size of 3.2mm×1.6mm×1.3mm and a center frequency of 2.45GHz.As the isolation resistors are buried in the device,much mount area can be saved for application.
