荻自催化乙醇制浆反应动力学的研究

摘    要:对荻自催化乙醇法蒸煮脱木素动力学进行了研究.结果表明,荻乙醇制浆脱木素反应为一级反应.木素大量脱除阶段和木素残余脱除阶段的反应活化能分别为77.13 kJ/mol和156.7 kJ/mol,高于KP法,低于桉木、云杉、甘蔗渣自催化乙醇法.

Abstract:In this paper, the delignification kinetics of silvergrass in auto-catalyzed ethanol-water pulping was studied. It was showed that the delignification of silvergrass occurred in two phases: principal delignification and residual lignin removal, and the delignification reaction followed a first order reaction. The calculated Arrhenius activation energy Ep (principal phase) and Er (residual phase) were 77.13kJ/mol and 156.7 kJ/mol respectively.
