直接转矩控制在矿用电机车交流传动上的应用

摘    要:针对矿用电动机电气传动装置的特点,提出了将基于直接转矩控制策略的变频调速系统技术应用到矿用电机车电气传动控制系统上,简要介绍了直接转矩控制方案,并应用TMS320F2407组建了实验系统。实验结果证明,该控制方案具有转矩脉动小,逆变器开关频率固定,电流谐波分量小,系统在额定负载范围内有较强的自动调节能力,基本满足了矿用电机车的驱动要求。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of electric drive of mine electric locomotive. A new technology of variable - frequency variable - speed based on direct torque control is applied in electric drive of mine electric locomotive. Also introduces the control strategy and establishes its experimental system with TMS320F2407 chip. The result shows this control strategy has many advantages such as small torque ripple, fixed switching frequency , small current harmonic wave and strong regulating capacity at the range of rating load. The system basically satisfies the drive demand of mine electric locomotive.
