摘    要:钢铁行业轧机系统无功量变化大,功率因数变化快,同时谐波含量大,主要以5次、7次为主,低压侧无源设备(FC及SVC)补偿效果差,而SVG(静止无功发生器)作为有源型补偿装置,可以完全替代传统的无源补偿设备,不仅能提高功率因数,而且能滤除谐波,可以达到很好的效果。

Abstract:In steel industry, the rolling mill system suffers rapid change in reactive power and power factors, and meanwhile, it contains significant harmonic, mainly with 5 times or 7 times. Passive facilities (i.e. FC and SVC) over the low voltage side have a poor compensation effect. As an active compensation tool, SVG(Static Vat Generator) can fully replace the traditional passive compens~ltion facilities and achieve a better function, which can not only improve power factor, but also filter harmonic.
