| 摘 要： | 知识经济的发展已经进入新的阶段，高校学报作为学术期刊的重要形式，唯有不断创新才能保持可持续发展。理念创新，提高学报质量；知识创新，充分发挥学报作为科研成果的窗口和创新知识的载体作用；体制创新，建立比较完善的适应社会主义市场经济的体制，是摆在学报工作者面前的重大课题。

| Abstract: | The university journal, as one of the important forms of academic periodical, has no other choice in the new knowledge economy stage than innovation so as to maintain sustainable development. This innovation includes three aspects: concept innovation, high quality of the journal; knowledge innovation. It is necessary to regard the function of the university journal as the window of scientific research and knowledge carrier and to establish an advanced system in order to meet the needs of the socialist market economy. |
