基于MATLAB的模糊异步电动机软起动系统的仿真

摘    要:针对电动机直接起动电流过大的特性,设计了一种基于模糊控制原理的异步电动机的软起动控制系统。通过检测电动机电流的有效值和电流有效值的变化进行模糊判决,不断改变晶闸管的控制角,将电动机的起动电流限定在一定的范围内,从而达到良好的起动效果。该文在MATLAB环境下,利用电气系统模块库和模糊逻辑工具箱,建立了模糊控制的电动机软起动系统仿真模型,阐述了各主要模块的构成,最后对异步电动机软起动进行仿真。仿真结果证明采用模糊控制的软起动方法可以使电动机的起动电流减小,同时起动过程也很平稳。

Abstract:Considering the large starting current of the asynchronous motors,this paper presents a soft-starting controlling system of the asynchronous motors based on fuzzy control theory.Through measuring the RMS(root mean square)of the current and the change of it,the fuzzy controller can change the control angle of thyristors ,limit the starting current to a definite range,and get a better starting result.In this paper,with the use of the power system blockset and the fuzzy logic toolbox in the MATLAB software,the simulation model is built and the construction of subsystem block models is argued.The simulation results show that the motor has small starting current and starts very smoothly.
