摘    要:一直以来,能效低,室内空气品质难以保证,不稳定的室内温度/速度场,对建筑外立面的破坏以及噪音和废热对城市整体环境的大破坏等都是家用空调器的先天不足,不适应环境与能源的要求使家用分体式空调顺,不可能再有突破性的发展。基于可持续发展的理念基础上的家用中央空调成为住宅空调发展中的热点问题。本文从经济性出发,对住宅空调进行了比较与分析,如住宅集中空调的冷源形式,住宅集中空调、户式空调与分体式空调器经济性等,并进行了户式空调实测情况分析(2000年8月,深圳市)。最后指出住宅集中空调系统和户式空调系统可以提供较好的室内空气品质,能源利用率较高,不破坏建筑外观和室外热环境,可以说是未来的住宅空调的发展趋势。

Abstract:A lot of defects of air conditioner, such as low energy efficiency, unassured IAQ, unstable indoor temperature and air - flow field, and defacement of building facades, especially the demolishment of the whole environment in a city, inherent, which baffle development of residential Air Conditioner for unsuitable with sustainable development. Therefore, residential air conditioning becomes the hot point with much concern. Based on the economic analysis and comparisons on residential central AC systems, house AC system and spliter, and on the sopt test data in Shenzhen, conclusion is drawn that residential central AC systems and house AC system will stand for the dominant trend in the future due to providing better IAQ and energy efficiency.
