青海某铜锌矿选矿工艺研究

摘    要:青海某铜锌矿含铜0.59%、锌4.08%、硫8.16%,矿石中的次生硫化铜含量较高,约占总铜的18.64%,次生硫化铜的存在导致部分锌过早活化,在浮铜作业时上浮至铜精矿中,导致铜精矿中含锌偏高和锌精矿中锌回收率偏低;在研究中采用新型高效的锌抑制剂YS-2,代替传统锌抑制剂,有效降低了铜精矿中锌的损失,确保了锌精矿中锌的回收率,为该矿后续的工业试验提供了依据。

Abstract:One Qinghai copper zinc ore contains Cu, Zn and S, the content of which is each 0.59% ,4. 08% and 8. 16%. The secondary copper sulfide in the ore is relatively high, accounting for about 18.64%. The existence of it leads to premature activation of part of zinc, Cu concentrate containing high zinc and zinc recovery rate low in Znconcentrate in flotation expriments. Using new high zinc inhibitor YS -2 instead study, it reduces the loss of zinc in copper concentrate effectively and ensure the the basis for the subsequent industrial test. of the traditional inhibitor in the zinc recovery rate, which provides
