金属矿山通风节能降耗途径及应用

摘    要:针对金属矿山进入中深部开采通风困难、能耗高的情况,从三个方面阐述节能途径和效果,一是根据矿井空气品质综合指数值的变化改变风机转速节能;二是采用LOGO分时段变频控制主风机转速节能;三是将污风净化处理,达标后循环利用节能及应用。

Abstract:This paper will expound energy-saving ways and effect from three aspects for the situation of ventilation dif- ficult and high energy consumption when metal mines into the deep mining. The first is saving energy by changing fan speed based on the changes of mine air quality comprehensive index. The second is saving energy by time-sharing and frequency conversion controlling the main fan speed with LOGO. The third is saving energy and applying by recycling after purification treating polluted air to reach the standard.
