| 摘 要： | 本文针对液压传动系统中的零超调以及精确控制难的问题,基于经典控制理论和PLC技术,提出了电气—液压精确控制的解决方案,并通过相应的理论算法设计和PLC程序设计,实现了电气控制对液压系统的零超调的精确控制,运行测试的各指标均满足要求。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the zero overshoot of hydraulic drive system and the difficulty of precise control,a electric-hydraulic precise control plan is suggested base on classical contrl theory and PLC technology.The zero overshoot of hydraulic drive system and its precise control by electric device is realized.The run test shows that it meets the requirement of every index. |
