| 摘 要： | 运用价值工程理论将九轴筛改造成篦条筛，在功能分析的基础上确定了铬钨白口铸铁与碳钢复今筛条结构。经装机考核，其使用寿命由原４５ｄ延长为３６０ｄ功能价值系数由０．０３５增加到１０收到了显著的经济效益和社会效益。

The using period of the finetnothed cribble consisting of Cr -W white iron and steel was raised from 45 days to 180 days, the value cofficient was increased from 0.07 to 1 .0. and the economic and social benefits were remarkable |
