| 摘 要： | 主要介绍宝钢股份不锈钢分公司1780热轧厂板坯库计算机管理系统的特点，并针对这些特点实施了一些比较好的管理和控制方法，实现了库管理倒垛率最小、物流速度最快等要求。解决了1780热轧板坯库面积小、物流复杂的问题。经过二年来的生产实际应用，取得了良好的效果。

| Abstract: | Specialities of slab yard computer management system for 1780 Hot Strip Mill of Stainless Steel Branch in Baoshan Iron & Steel Co Ltd are introduced.Some useful management and control ways were carried out to achieve minimum turned out slab pile rate and the most fast material flowspeed.Small yard area and complex material flow problem of 1780 hot rolling slab yard have been solved.Through actual production application for two years,good effect has been obtained. |
