| 摘 要： | 大冶有色金属公司冶炼厂硫酸四系列净化工序引进美国盂山都技术，采用两级动力波洗涤器进行烟气净化。生产实践证明，该流程工艺先进，设备性能好且抗腐蚀性强，自动化程度高，对转炉烟气适应性强，能满足净化工序降温、除尘、除酸雾等工艺要求。

| Abstract: | Daye Nonferrous Metal Co.' s Smelter introduced Monsanto's tow-stage DynaWave scrubber technology for off-gas cleaning in No. 4 sulphuric acid plant. The operation indicated that, with the advantage in process configuration, equipment performance, corrosion resistance, automation and adaptability to converter off-gas, the technology could meet the demand of cleaning section for cooling and removal of dust, acid mist and other contamination. |
