浮动式核电站专用控制器中CPU冗余技术研究

摘    要:为满足浮动式核电站对控制系统的特殊需要,研究了一种专用的分布式控制系统,CPU冗余技术是提高控制器可靠性的重要措施。本文介绍了一种基于DeviceNet现场总线的双CPU冗余技术,两个CPU处理单元与多个数据I/O单元通过一个现场总线连接,CPU处理单元中运行的DeviceNet客户机和服务器程序实现两个处理器单元之间的数据同步及对各数据I/O单元的冗余控制。

Abstract:A special distributed control system (DCS) was developed to carry out the reactor control in a floating nuclear power plant, and dual CPU redundant technique was an important method to improve the DCS system reliability. The dual CPU redundant technique based on DeviceNet field bus was researched, in which two CPU units and some data I/O units were connected through a DeviceNet field bus, and DeviceNet client/server programs running in the CPU units implement the data synchronization between two CPU units and the redundant control over data I/O units.
