加氢裂化装置进口催化剂首次国内器外再生后运行总结

摘    要:独山子石化公司炼油厂60×10^4t/a加氢裂化装置使用美国标准公司加氢裂化系列催化剂,2007年大修进行了催化剂再生,再生后装置一次开车成功。通过与开工初期和末期进行操作条件、产品分布、产品质量等方面的对比,可认为本次再生催化剂较为成功,达到了预期目的。

Abstract:The 600,000 t/a refinery hydrocracking unit of Dushanzi Petrochemical Company adopts hydrocracking catalyst series developed by US Standard Co. The catalyst was regenerated during 2007 overhaul and the unit was successfully started up after that. The regeneration of the catalyst is considered to be relatively successful and has achieved the expected goal by comparing the operation conditions, product distribution and quality at the beginning and end of the start-up.
