直生式天然气在可控气氛周期炉中的应用

摘    要:介绍了钢件在化学热处理过程中,采用周期式多用炉,将天然气和空气直接通入炉内,生成可控气氛进行渗碳方面的试验研究。主要对可控气氛成分的分析,碳势控制仪器选择以及针对天然气和空气在周期炉中的比例等问题进行了大量试验研究。结果表明:利用氧探头控制系统,直生式天然气可控气氛热处理是可行的,而且与甲醇加丙酮作渗碳剂相比较,渗碳效果好,速度快,经济效益可观。

Abstract:This paper is to make an introduction about the adoption of periodic multi-functioned furnace in the chemical heat-treatment of steels.Natural g as and atmosphere can be directly put into the furnace and then controllab le atmosphere is formed to deal with carburization.I n the experiment it mainly makes a detailed study of the analysis on the com ponents of the controllable atmosphere,the selec tion of carbon-power control instru ments as well as the proportion betwe en natural gas and at-mosphere in the furnace.The result s hows it is practicable and profitabl e to adopt the application of the dire ctly-formed natural gas to the controllable atmosphere h eat-treatment with the oxygen-prob e control system,and in comparison w ith methanol and acetone it has good carburization,q uick speed and great economy benefit.
