大学生网络成瘾与生活事件的关系及预防研究

采用青少年生活事件量表和网络成瘾鉴定量表对80名在校大学生进行施测,结果表明,（1）网络正常使用者占大部分,中度和重度网络成瘾者合占7.8%;（2）网络成瘾和大学生负性生活事件的六个子维度之间存在着相关关系;（3）重度成瘾者在＂人际关系＂、＂学习压力＂、＂健康适应＂因子上存在的问题均显著高于网络正常使用者、轻度网瘾者和中度网瘾者。中度成瘾者在＂受惩罚＂因子上上存在的问题显著高于网络正常使用者。在此基础上,提出了关于如何引导大学生避免网络成瘾,积极健康地使用网络的几点建议和措施。

A Research on Correlation and Prevention of College Students with Internet Addiction and Life Events

80 college students were assessed with the Adolescent Self-Rating Life Events Check List （ASLEC） and the internet addiction set. The research results show： （1）The College students who are common users take a large proportion. The students with moderate and serious interact addiction account for 7.8% .（2）The internet addiction is correlated with six factors of negative life events for college students. （3）Their scores of college students with serious intemet addiction are significantly higher than those of the ones with moderate, low-grade internet addiction and common users in interpersonal relationship, study stress and healthy adaptation. Their scores of college students with moderate internet addiction are significantly higher than those of the common users in suffering punishment. On the basis of the results, there comes to some proposals and measures on preventing college students from being addicted to interact.
