摘    要:研究了Sn或Sb对高磁感取向硅钢组织和磁性的影响。结果表明加Sn或Sb后钢的初次再结晶及二次再结晶晶粒尺寸细化,二次再结晶组织更为完善,磁性改善。含Sn或Sb钢在冷轧及脱碳退火后,在其织构组分中,有利于发展二次再结晶的组分{110}〈115〉或{110}〈001〉增强,二次晶校数量增多。

Abstract:To add Sn or Sb to the high induction oriented silicon steel may be able to refine its primary and secondary recrystallize grain size, to improve its secondary recrystalline structure and magnetic properties. After the steel with an additive Sn or Sb undergone cold-rolling and decarburizing annealing, the texture components of {110}<115> and {110}<001>, which is beneficial to developing the secondary recrystallization, are enhanced. Hence, the amount of the secondary grain nuclei may be increased and the size reduced.
