| 摘 要： | 利用Moldflow软件对汽车发动机节温器室上下壳同模异腔注射成型过程进行模拟,通过分析零件变形不均的原因,给出制品尺寸和模具冷却系统的优化方案.实践证明:该设计方法有效解决了企业难题,具有较强的现实意义.
