| 摘 要： | 某公司炼油部2#循环水为多套生产装置提供循环冷却水，运行期间循环水现场换热器监测结果连续几个月超标，多台水冷器出现泄漏情况，停车期间腐蚀调查和垢样分析结果，都表明水冷器腐蚀非常严重，本文针对水冷器的严重腐蚀问题进行了腐蚀原因分析，并阐述了腐蚀泄漏对循环水系统造成的影响，最后提出了防治措施。

| Abstract: | A company refinery of 2# circulating water for multiple sets of production equipment with circulating cooling water, circulating water during operation field heat exchanger monitoring results for several months, many sets of water cooler leak, parking during corrosion scale investigation and sample analysis, show that water cooler corrosion is very serious, water cooler, the author of this paper, the analysis of the causes of the serious corrosion problem on the corrosion and leakage of corrosion on the impact of circulating water system, finally puts forward the prevention measures. |
