摘    要:选取代表性的国产市售奶粉为样本,通过检测其细菌总数、嗜热菌总数、耐热菌数、芽孢数以及耐热芽孢数来分析我国市场上奶粉的细菌污染程度及污染菌群的构成特点。

Abstract:Five microbiologic indexes of commercial milk powders from the representative producers in China,including aerobic plate count,total thermophile count,thermoduric bacteria count,spore count and thermoduric spore count,were examined.The results revealed the level of contamination in milk powders and offered the primary information about the bacterial flora leading to high contamination.
