焦化蜡油脱氮精制-催化裂化组合工艺研究

摘    要:介绍了焦化蜡油脱氮精制-催化裂化组合工艺的实验室研究情况.该工艺采用研制的脱氮用精制剂,该精制剂为一种酸性络合剂,能选择性脱除焦化蜡油中的碱性氮化物,精制后油的收率97%以上.研究结果表明,在一定条件下,焦化蜡油脱氮精制前后的催化裂化产品收率表现出明显差异,精制后焦化蜡油催化裂化液化石油气、汽油和柴油三项收率之和比未精制油高10个百分点以上;焦化蜡油(25%)与直馏蜡油(75%)的混合油催化裂化时,焦化蜡油精制后的混合油催化裂化液化石油气、汽油和柴油三项收率之和比未精制油高近4个百分点.

Abstract:In the laboratory tests of combination process of denitrification refining and fluid catalytic cracking, a specially developed acidic chelating agent is used for denitrification refining. This agent can selectively remove basic nitrogen compounds from coker gas oil and the refined oil yield is over 97%. The test demonstrates that, at given conditions, the FCCU exhibits a significant difference in product yields with refined and un-refined feeds. With the refined coker gas oil feed, the total yield of FCC LPG, gasoline and LCO is 10% higher than that of un-refined feed. When FCC feed stream contains 25% of coker gas oil and 75% of straightrun gas oil, the mix feed with refined coker gas oil offers 4% advantage in the total yield of FCC LPG, gasoline and LCO over mix feed with un-refined coker gas oil.
