可调谐半导体激光器的发展及应用

摘    要:如今可调谐半导体激光器的技术日益成熟,其在光通信网络的应用逐渐增加.通过介绍几种常见可调谐半导体激光器的原理及性能,阐述了其在国内外的发展现状;在此基础上指出目前供应商对通信光源的具体需求,从而为今后可调谐激光器的发展指明了方向,最后进一步对其市场应用前景进行了展望.
