绿色建筑绿标与LEED双认证项目的实践探索

绿色建筑评价标准是我国政府推广的绿色建筑评估认证,LEED是美国绿色建筑委员会研发推广的绿色建筑认证,项目同时申请上述两个认证越来越受到开发商的青睐。该文基于绿标和LEED认证双认证案例的实践,分析双认证项目的技术应用特点,探索项目实现双认证的设计要点与难点,为其它项目实现一套技术两个认证提供参考。

Practical Exploration on ESGB (Chongqing) & LEED Certification Project

ESGB standard is the green building evaluation certification our government popularizes, while LEED is the one American green building committee developed and applies, and, with both of the standards applied, the project is getting more popular than ever. Based on the practice of the two standards, the technological application characteristics of the project with the two standards are analyzed, and the key design points and difficulties for the project to achieve the two standards are explored to offer some references for similar projects.
