| 摘 要： | ＂全国统筹城乡综合配套改革试验区＂所推动的土地集约化,加速了成渝地区新农村建设,同时也对村庄公共服务设施配置提出新的要求。文章针对由于山地特殊地理条件所导致的以聚居点为规划布局的新农村公共服务设施配置特点,归纳总结了我国传统村庄公共服务设施配置方式及研究进展,提出了相应配置理论,以期实现公共服务一体化。

Study on Public Service Facilities Allocation in New Village Settlements Against the Backdrop of Urban and Rural Overall Development |

| Abstract: | Land intensification pushed by＂National urban and rural comprehensive reform pilot area＂ accelerates the construction of new countryside in Chengdu-Chongqing region, but also poses new requirements on public service facilities. Based on the characteristics of public service facilities in new countryside planned in accordance with settlements in mountainous areas,the special geographical conditions, the allocation methods and study progress of the public servicc facilities in Chinese traditional villages are summarized, and the corresponding allocation theories are presented to achieve the inte- gration of public scrvices. |
