V掺杂制备尖晶石LiMn204的研究

摘    要:采用V掺杂固相法合成尖晶石锰酸锂(LiMn2O4),研究了掺杂后对材料的影响,用感应耦合等离子体(ICP)、XRD、SEM、激光粒度分析(LPS)、BET和充放电测试,对材料进行了分析。实验表明掺杂V的LiMn2O4结晶度更完整,颗粒表面更光滑,平均粒径增大了4.55μm,比表面积减小了0.52m2/g;循环30次的容量保持率提高了4.13%。

Abstract:Spinel lithium manganate (LiMn204 )was synthesized with V-doping by solid-state method. The effects of V-doping on the performance of materials were studied. The materials were analyzed by inductively coupled plasma (ICP), XRD, SEM, laser particle size analysis (LPS), BET and charge-discharge tests. Experimental results show that the V-doped LiMn204 had more integrated crystallization and smooth particle surface;The average particle size in- creased 4. 55 μm and the specific surface reduced 0. 52 m2/g;The capacity retention after 30 cycles of materials im- proved by 4. 13 %.
