| Abstract: | This paper discusses flood control construction in cities should be cured by a region multiple objective passed through step by step from the single objective to promote the environmental improvement and realize coordinate unifiedly for flood control, water resources, ecology environment and cityscape construction taking water engineering as the carrier combined with the dyke construction in Fujin city. |
