地铁深基坑建设期动态风险监控体系研究

摘    要:本文针对地铁工程深基坑高风险的现状以及传统风险评估方法的静态预测或是无法给出针对天气、地质、周围环境等给出定量影响指数等局限性,提出地铁深基坑动态风险监控体系。该体系由预防、分析、诊断、处理等4大系统组成,能自动结合前期风险评估、当前施工状况以及地质、天气等环境影响因素,深度挖掘隐藏在施工过程中的各种风险源,从预防、分析、诊断、处理4个环节对当前工程状况进行全方位动态风险监控。通过相应的安全指数体系实现将隐形的工程风险有形化,直观了解当前工程安全状况及各影响因素,及时找出相应的风险源并迅速采取相应抢险措施,大大降低工程事故的发生率。

Abstract:Because the existing high risk in deep excavation of metro construction, and the limitation of traditional risk assessment system including static forecast or incapable to propose measurable influencing factors about weather/ geology/ environment, etc, this paper proposes a dynamic risk monitoring system for deep excavation of metro construction including prevention, analyzing, diagnosing and solution, in which various risk resources during the whole construction period are deeply studied and analyzed based on automatic integration of preliminary risk assessment, real-time construction status, geological and climate influencing factors, etc, to provide all-round dynamic risk monitoring for the construction in 4 main phrases as prevention, analyzing, diagnosing and solution. This system helps to understand the potential risk and project safety status by a comprehensive safety index system to find out risk resources in time and take necessary measures immediately, thus significantly decrease accident rate of projects.
