浅埋暗挖超大断面地铁车站隧道开挖方法研究

摘    要:本文结合重庆轨道交通六号线五路口车站工程实际情况,在分析传统双侧壁导坑法存在局限性的基础上,提出了“台阶分部临时支撑法”和“台阶临时支撑+部分双侧壁法”两种改进的施工方法。通过对双侧壁导坑法和两种改进施工方法的数值模拟,分析隧道施工中位移的控制效果,确定了适合本工程浅埋暗挖超大断面隧道的开挖新方法(台阶临时支撑+部分双侧壁法),并将数值分析结果与现场监控量测结果进行对比,验证了此方法的合理性和正确性。研究成果为设计和施工提供理论依据,丰富和完善了浅埋暗挖超大断面隧道施工技术,并为类似工程提供借鉴。

Abstract:In this paper,considering the practical work of Wulukou station at Chongqing rail transit line No.6, which presents two kinds of optimized construction methods as bench temporary supports method and bench temporary supports with partial double-side-drift method on the basis of analyzing the limitations of traditional double-side-drift method. By means of numerical simulation on double-side-drift method and two kinds of optimized construction method and analyzing the control effect of the displacement of tunnel construction, this paper proposes a new excavation method (bench temporary supports with partial double-side-drift method). The numerical analysis and monitoring results were compared; it verified the rationality and correctness of this new construction method. The research results will provide theoretical basis for design and construction of tunnel, enrich and perfect the construction technology of shallow-buried tunnels with super-large section, and provide the reference for similar engineering.
