纺织工营养保健挂面的营养试验研究

摘    要:本试验根据对纺织工膳食营养调查结果和有关营养学文献资料,设计出科学的纺织工营养保健挂面配方并进行营养学评价试验,试验结果表明:食用该产品3个月后,血清蛋白质白/球比值,维生素A,维生素B_1,维生素B_2,维生素C,维生素E,碱性磷酸酶,钙磷乘积、补体C_3、E玫瑰花环形成率.肝功能都有明显提高.从而改善了纺织工的营养状况,提高了机体抵抗力.

Abstract:The formula and the evaluation of nutritional and healthy noodle for spinners are studied on the basis of the result of diet investigation of spinners as well as nutritional principles. The experimemt showed: Protein blood serum (albumin/globulin ratio), Vitamin A, B1, B2, C, E, alkaline phosphatase, multiplication of calcium and phospharus, Complement C3, erythroryte rosette forming cell and liver function were all increased obviously; spineers'nutrition was improved, and their resistance to diseases strengthened after taking the noodle for three months.
