| 摘 要： | 化学镀镍的计算机监测和模拟软件(Chemist1.0)是以Delphi7.0为开发工具,将化学镀镍的整个过程通过计算机形象地描述出来,溶液pH值的变化实现实时监测,对溶液成分的变化通过定时的测定,实现了计算机的监测和警报以及对溶液成分进行调整所需要的计算.软件主要包括:计算机模拟、计算机监测、成分的化学分析、镀液的调整.详细阐述了该软件的编制内容、关键技术、使用方法、软件开发过程.

| Abstract: | The monitoring and simulating software (Chemist 1.0) for electroless nickel plating is developed on the basis of Delphi 7.0 , which can vividly depict the entire process of electroless nickel plating, realize a real-time monitoring of bath pH value variation, monitor and alarm the variations of bath components and make calculations necessary for adjusting bath composition. The software mainly includes computer simulation, computer monitoring, chemical analysis of composition and bath adjustment. The contents of the software, key techniques, using methods and programming process are described in detail. |
