摘    要:采用无机填料对聚氯乙烯(PVC)/丙烯腈-氯化聚乙烯-苯乙烯塑料(ACS)合金进行填充,并对其进行增韧改性.结果表明,采用碳酸钙或滑石粉填充改性均可明显提高合金的弯曲弹性模量,而且滑石粉对耐热性能有一定贡献,但合金的拉伸强度、冲击强度均有不同程度的下降;经偶联剂处理可改善填料与PVC/ACS合金的相容性,随着填料粒径的...

Abstract:The PVC/ACS blends were modified with inorganic fillers,and toughened with rubber.The results showed that the flexural modulus of the blends increased significantly,while tensile strength and Izod notched impact strength of the blends decreased gradually with the increment of calcium carbonate or talc.And the addition of talc was positive to the improvement of heat deflection temperature(HDT).Further,the treatment of the surface of the fillers with coupling agent got an improved compatibility degree of allo...
