汽油机塑料进气歧管快速成型工艺策略浅析

摘    要:结合东风自主发动机的开发过程,系统地介绍了塑料进气歧管试制时,高耐热性聚氨酯材料的选用以及真空注型工艺策略的制定.耐过压性能测试和交变负荷耐久性测试结果表明,真空注型工艺显著提高了塑料进气歧管试制样件的可靠性.

Abstract:Combined with the development process of Dongfeng own engine,the selection of polyurethane materials with high heat resistance was introduced systematically during trial-producing the plastic intake manifold,and the vacuum casting technology strategy was formulated.The overvoltage resistance and alternate load endurance test results were suggested that the reliability of plastic intake manifold trial sample could be significantly enhanced.
