摘    要:介绍了低密度长玻纤增强反应注射成型聚氨酯复合材料的制备工艺,研究了玻纤含量和模具温度对复合材料的拉伸性能、弯曲性能和冲击性能的影响.结果表明,当玻纤质量分数为30%、模具温度为50℃时,复合材料表现出优良的力学性能,这一结果在实际生产中也得到了验证.

Abstract:The preparation of low density long glass fiber reinforced reaction injection molding polyurethane(LDRRIM-PUR) materials was introduced,and the influences of fiber contents and mold temperature on the tensile,flexural,impact properties of the composite material was investigated.The results showed that the products would get the best mechanical performance while the fiber content was 30% and the mold temperature was 50℃,which was verified in the actual production.
