摘    要:厦门地区广泛分布着花岗岩残积土 ,具有较高的承载力。实践表明 ,采用花岗残积土作为桩端持力层的无桩靴夯扩桩 ,其夯扩效果良好 ,可获得较高的承载力和较好的经济效益 ,对于 1 2层以下的建筑物是一种较好的灌注桩型

Abstract:Granite residual soil, which is widely distributed over Xiamen, has a higher capacity. It is known that Franki piles without pile shoes would provide good bearing capacity as well as excellent economic benefits, while granite residual soil is taken as the bearing stratum. Therefore the Franki pile is a better type among cast-in-situ piles for under-12-storey buildings.
