摘    要:为了提高供电电源的功率因数、电压质量、减少无功损耗,根据包钢无缝钢管厂Ф159 mm热轧生产线综合水泵站电源系统所需的补偿容量,在谐波分析的基础上作出补偿方案、计算补偿电容器和电抗器的相关参数并作出选型和设计无功补偿装置,装置投入使用后取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:In order to improve the power factor of power supply and quality of supply voltage as well as reduce the reac- tive loss, the compensation scheme, relative parameters for calculating compensating capacitor and reactor and the model se- lection are made as well as the reactive power compensation device is designed based on harmonic analysis according to re- quired compensation capacity of power system in comprehensive water pumping station of Φ159 mm hot rolling production line in Seamless Tube Plant of Baotou Steel. After the device is put into operations, the effects are good.
