摘    要:中原油田的套损井约占生产井数的1/4,已严重影响了油田的稳产与发展,因此,发展完善井竞防治技术,降低套损速度,延长油水井使用寿命,事关中原油田的长远利益。本文详细介绍了套管损坏井下入Х101.6mm套管延迟固井技术的施工工艺、选井原则、套管设计、延迟水泥浆体系,并对1997年以来推广应用的36口井投产效果进行了分析。

Abstract:As the casing deformated wells accounts for 25% of the total wells in Zhongyuan Oilfield now, which have affected the field's stable production and development heavily, so perfecting the protection of well status, cutting down the casing failure rate and extending the lives of oil and water injection wells are very important to Zhongyuan Oilfield.This paper introduces the construction process,well selecting principles,casing design and cement slurry system delay of the casing cementing delay technique, of which 101. 6 mm casing was put into the casing deformated well.At last, the start-up results of which the technique was used in 36 wells are analyzed in 1997.
