狐狸绒漂白工艺探讨

狐狸绒纤维在漂白工艺中因受热和各种化学试剂的作用,其强力下降,纺纱性能和织成率降低,而弹性好、手感滑糯、保暖性好等优良特性受到影响。分别采用净洗剂处理工艺及常规漂白工艺对狐狸绒纤维进行处理,对比处理后纤维白度及强度,从而确定出各自最佳工艺条件。结果表明:净洗剂处理工艺在保证处理后纤维白度及强度的前提下,比常规漂白工艺工序简单,处理时间短,助剂种类及用量少,从而减少了纤维损伤,保证了处理后纤维的优良品质,有利于狐狸绒制品的后续加工,也节约了能源并降低了成本。
