煤矿液压支架常见故障事故树分析与应用

摘    要:为了有效降低液压支架故障发生概率,用事故树分析法对液压支架常见故障进行分析,得出降低故障发生概率的有效途径。采用事故树定性、定量与重要度分析方法研究了液压支架各基本故障事件的发生概率对顶事件发生概率的影响。结果表明:液压支架事故树最小割集有17个,由事故树最小割集可以直观地判断哪种故障模式发生概率最高,以及如何采取措施使液压支架故障发生概率下降。利用最小割集对各基本事件概率重要度与关键重要度进行分析,得出了对顶事件发生概率影响大和敏感度高的基本事件。降低概率重要度与关键重要度高的基本故障事件发生概率,可以有效降低液压支架故障发生概率。
