| 摘 要： | 工作研究又称基础工业工程,包括方法研究与作业测定两大技术.文章运用工作研究方法,对RU型对讲机装配流程进行改进,制订标准工作时间,并进行了生产线平衡及流水线的合理化平面布置.通过对比分析,改进后的生产效率得到显著提高.
